Definitely B. parathyroid hormone. The goal of PTH is to incresae calcium in your serum.

Estrogen and Calcitonin both cause your bones to take up calcium (why women lose bone mass after menopause).

Thyroxine is made by the thyroid... but doesn't do much to calcium metabolism.
