Why do boys act so foolish all the time?

Once when I was in class we got on our laptops and the game Halo was not aloud. Now tell me why all of the biys move to a corner and play the game. Or when an assignment is due most of them didn't do it tell me why they ask 4 the answers. Did they even try 2 do their homework? What is going on.

Their brains aren't as developed as ours. Really, they just can't help it. They simply mature at a much slower rate than females. It's genetic.

The parents are probably too obese to properly disipline they're childeren. Also mans laws these days prevent you from disiplining your child.
