I feel your pain. I did my thesis on the American Dream in "The Great Gatsby" and "Death of a Salesman." Take a little break and get your thoughts together. You're no good to yourself flustered, so breathe and construct an outline and plan your course of action. Then, attack that thesis like I know every student can! And, don't dig yourself into a rut by pocrastinating anymore. I hope you feel better,

first of all, what do you have to write about. second, try to get a 15-30 min break, and let your brain rest for a while, dont wanna tire up those neurons. try to listen to some music for a little while and just relax. but dont sleep on it. oh and dont stay up to late, next day you'll be dead tired.

try taking a 2 or three hour nap and eat something. that should help you with your energy problem. I hate writing papers and I just usually just do it anyway...but if it is bothering you that is what i would do.

I say don't stress about it. Take a break and when you feel better go back to it.
