there is no such thing as too exausted. if you put that on yourself you limit your potential.

it sounds like you are getting sick. the hotness in your head is called a fevor. the exhaustion sounds like a symptom of another illness or it may just be that you should get some rest,

see a doctor, mabe if you are sick you could have a chance to get an extention on your assignment due to being sick as long as you have a doctors note and turn it in when you get back to class.

Have you considered either meditating or going for a walk in nature? I ask this because it could be that your being is so caught up in your head that you are not giving yourself time to relax and/or to feel.

I would take a notepad with me, mind you, just in case some flash of inspiration came on the walk.

Another trick that might help your mind over this jam-up is to start anywhere with your thesis. It doesn't have to be at the beginning and it doesn't have to be the final perfect text. Just get some words on the paper and maybe the creativity will kick into gear.

Have you heard the phrases "dance as though nobody's watching" and "love as though you've never been hurt". By analogy, you might consider applying this principle to your thesis. "Write as you would if it was for the sheer joy of communicating your ideas and discoveries".
