How do I cope with racism?

I am a very perceptive person. Some people are more obvious about their racist prejudices than others. How do I cope?

It's hard to ignore racist comments. Sometimes a may be good to medidate in a corner by yourself, adn try to relax. White people will never change their racist point of view no matter what you do. All you have to do is accept their hate as human, because it is caused by what they see, through the actions fo some. Read more, do something to get your mind off of the present situation. Hopefully it will get better tomorrow.

Be proud for one and If somebody doesn't like you because of how you are born then take a deep breath, exhale and repeat to yourself three times "F*ck'em, F*ck'em up against the wall in handcuffs." Inhale/exhale again, be at peace. Try it, it works. Or if it bothers you that bad just put a beat'n on them.

if you are very perceptive then you must also perceive how those who can cope, cope. if it require such acute perception to realize one is being racist, then their intentions might not have been as sinister as you are implying. for example, if someone gets a bad grade on a test, and says "it's because i'm white", they are not making fun of the african american phrase "it's because i'm black", but rather just joking around.

racism today is not nearly as much of a problem as many minorities want it to be.
