I dont do grafitti,but my avatar is grafitti and I
think its clever.

It's art but it's wrong to tag private property.

People express themselves in different ways, maybe its wrong from a location point of view but it still constitutes art.
Like it or not we will be looking at it for years to come, you will see dark dingy alleys and viaducts lit up with vibrant colour and say to yourself "thats new" or "i like that".
The chances are that adding urban art to areas previously bereft of colour could be seen as a good thing as long as it is kept tidy and not just scrawls on the walls.
Personally i like most of the wall art i have seen and i believe it can add character to some areas.
Its also important to note that the people responsible for grafitti are usually very talented individuals. (credit where credit is due)

theres grafitti and grafitti some of its crap but i`ve seen some that is art in its own right it comes down to who`s done it, and if they have talent or are just a vandal i suppose

There are some very, very, talented graffiti artists out there, but it is morally wrong to despoil goods and property that doesn`t belong to you !
It is quite a shame that the artistic talent cannot be put to a more constructive and deserving use !

Like your avitar. I think it depends on the level of talent. If someone is origional and creative then their work could legitimately be called art. If they are banal and cliched then we'll have to get the word "crap" out of storage again.

Wrong. Art is done in the right place for the people who want to see it. What a load of dumb ...........put on walls and spoil the neighbourhood is not art.

If its good, thought out, with some integrity then its Art, just think Banksie. If its just a tag its wrong and should be stopped

It is not wrong, unless you practice it on someone elses property! Yes some of it can be an art form.

both. if it's an obscene picture that offends some adults and children, it 's wrong. if it 's a beautiful picture that helps bring happiness to a depressed area it's a good thing. art is classy, vulgar pictures are not art. art is to be appreciated by most.
