my brain keep thinking, working all the time.

even when i wake up in the morning, i have some new thought from sub-concious part of my mind.

how can i change this habbit ? or should i change this habbit ?

if yes, then how to relax and stop thinking ?

i saw some few meditation techniques, but i don"t think i can do that, such techniques are not my cup of tea.

i know i am doing reasonably good and this thing helps me in taking better decisons, but all the time.....

it is quite stressful also to keep using your brain all the time..

yes, i keep a note-book with me to write down all what comes in my mind.

It is logical, relevant, useful but it don"t allow me to relax and many times i feel it"s stressful.

And when you are so involved with yourself, you wouldn"t get time to talk and mix up with others.

Good that u think a lot. But over think will lead to suspicions on ur loved ones. Meditation needs practise. Keep doing that, even though u feel that it's not ur cup of tea. Keep urself busy. Work for about 10 to 12 hrs a day( 9 hrs is normal). Ur brain will become tiered & will try to relax by itself.

You can talk to your doctor to see if there may be a natural remedy or something. The doctor might be able to talk with you about your lifestyle and see if you can change something or find a medical cause for the constant thoughts. You could try keeping a journal or a tape recorder handy so you can track the thoughts. It might help slow your brain down or give it an outlet instead of keeping them in there.

THIS IS A VERY SIMPLE, EASY WAY TO GET THAT MIND TAMED. IT HAS HELPED MANY OTHERS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. PLEASE TRY IT YOU WILL BE GLAD THAT YOU DID. Sit in a darkened room with no distractions keeping body as upright as possible. The initial objective is to get detached from the constant, never ending flow of thoughts in the mind. For 10 min simply sit and watch the thoughts arise and go away but do not get involved in any of them no matter what they are - give no attention to them. After a time the flood of thoughts will start to slow down and you will start to feel a relief and a peacefulness and even a relaxation in the body from not getting caught up with them. You will find that you can then prolong this thought free state for longer periods. The next time you sit to meditate do it for a longer period and it will be easier to maintain. And eventually you can have prolonged periods of no mental activity. Then, even when not having this formal sitting meditation process - in your normal everyday life - you will find yourself starting to enjoy not getting involved in the many countless thoughts that are vying for attention. It gives you a wonderful sense of freedom. And it enables you to start observing how others are dictated to by their ever chattering minds. THIS IS THE FIRST STEP. After you have learned this staying thought free you become aware that you are not your mind. That you are something separate that can observe the mind. You start to realize this observer is the true you. Experienced meditators call this observer the Self, the higher consciousness. If in everyday life you can stay centered in this Self it will give you a calmness, a sense of peace and eventually this leads to a feeling of bliss and joy. You will start to perceive life very differently. You will know that this is only one discovery and that there are many more exciting discoveries awaiting you. You will relate to others differently. You will feel compassion for others who have not discovered this Self and you will want to reach out and help them. I encourage you to try it. Others, like myself found it beneficial to meditate in the company of someone who had completely mastered the art of meditation. For a number I lived in the meditation ashrams and traveled with a world renowned, highly respected Indian meditation master called Swami Muktananda and followed a highly concentrated daily practice of meditation and mantra repetition. It's certainly helpful pursuing these practices in the company of a true teacher as he can steer you and correct you and prevent you from taking a wrong turn. He has written many books on meditation for beginners and they are available online - on Ebay as most are out of print. (Enter Swami Muktananda on Google search). There is a best time to do this meditation That is early in the morning as it's better then before the mind gets active. In the ashram we use to meditate at 5 am. I wish you the best!

hey man looks like we sail in the same boat, i cant help you with what to do bout it... coz i myself dont know wat to do... but i consider it a blessing (at times) but it certainly makes living life a lot worse when u r stressed...

hey one more thing if u dont mind and find time to do it... do let me know that how can i control it, i dont wanna end it, i just want to bring it under control so that i can subdue it when stressed...

best of luck with it.. and yeah dont frown upon it so much it makes you real intelligent and special...

peace....
