even after I close all the sites I was connected to.
so what is it , and what to do ?

This is normal, as windows, and many other programs you could have running, frequently query the internet looking for updates and such.

But at the same time it could show that you have a virus or spyware running also. Make sure your virus and spyware scanners are up to date and run full scans. If there is anything wrong they should find it.
