well, you could go to AE or A&F or Aero to get one... but everyone under the sun goes in there. try some fab brands that sell great skirts that everyone won't have exact copies of:
1. DKNY (everyone loves Donna Karan!)
2. Guess?
3. BP Nordstrom
the first two can be found at Macy's, and number three at Nordstrom's
These are a few of my faves, but blue jean minis are one of the easiest pieces to find. i like to opt for darker washes, which are always more flattering, and will work for a day OR night look [they're also more slimming than a lighter wash], but go with what looks go on you.

You can go just about anywhere. But, I love Hollister and Abercrombie skirts. They run frm about $40-50 dollars. Thats not bad at all because they last a long time. They are really cute too.

I would definetly say ABERCROMBIE AND FITCH BITCCH haha just kidding. BUt yeah they definetly are short same with HOLLISTER and they have different kinds of leggings everywhere...basically the best.
