I seen that same picture on the internet a few months back. I think it was created by a fan, who knows. I doubt its part of the series.

it happens after kagome and inuyasha first meet koga. there is a blow up between inu and kagome. shippo draws it on paper to explain it to kaede. he draws kagome as a pink kitty.
