I live where I live because I grew up here. It's a great area, with good schools for my children. I am not crazy about the climate, so a move someday is not out of the question.

I was born and raised here. But i have been a nomad for my 28 years. Ive moved about 15 times all over the state only to come back to where i am native from. I moved here because of family and friends. And i work half an hour away from where i live. I still live in the same region but moved again in October last year. I plan to stay here for a long time lol.
But i also found my soulmate here and wouldnt live anywhere else. Its where my heart is.

I grew up here, so it is what I know.
My immediate family's also out here, which makes it more difficult to leave the proverbial nest.
Other than that, fear keeps me locked here; if I move to another state, what do I do to start out when I have virtually nothing and no family to come to the aid if need be?
That's my two cents for ya.

I grew up here, and go to college here. but believe me--I am leaving the first chance I get--about 8 months...

Because it is a nice climate.... good schools.... nice place to raise a family... close to a big city if we want entertainment....

i grew up here and bc i love it , its very beautiful and my family including my newborn neice is here and my boyfriend of many years is here as well.
