Go to any mall and if you want cute clothes for cheap try Rave. They usually have great specials like 2 pair of shorts for 25 bucks. Dont be afraid to check the clearance racks.
Target and Walmart have cute clothes and don't be afraid to look around you always find the cuttest stuft when you least expect it.

Try Marshalls! They have a lot of great bargains. Once, I got a pair of Seven For All Mankind jeans (really popular, expensive brand) for $30, when then original price was $130!
