the rear air does not work. both knobs do not turn on rear air. 2000 chevy venture?

can that be the motor or something else? please help

does the motor work & your just not getting air back there?
there is a cable that runs from the fan switch(behind bezel) check to make sure that is correct, sometimes when you take off that faceplate the knobs move more freely, you may just find out it does work at this time & you will need to make an adjustment.

you probably need a new control switch.
