I really can't remember who sings it, but it was infectious. The lyrics were kind of techno with a male voice:
"Bada bada bing .... badda bip bip bing, pow pow pow ....bing" Then a woman came on and said something melodic.
It was all over the airwaves on the top 40 stations. The artist was French I believe. I've scoured all over the net, so don't bother running a search unless you know something I don't.

Love Jimi Hendrix and his music!! I like the song 'Hey Joe', but my all time favourite is All Along The Watchtower!!! Love playing his album's in my car loud as!!! He know's how to make his guitar 'speak'!!!
