It's perfectly normal for morning sickness to come and go throughout pregnancy. Don't be surprised if it comes back later on in your pregnancy. When I was pregnant with my youngest daughter, my morning sickness faded away towards the end of the first trimester as well... only to come back with a vengence in my seventh month. Right now I'm 13 weeks 6 days along and the morning (afternoon and evening) sickness doesn't seem to be going away at all!
All perfectly normal. Pregnancy symptoms come and go throughout pregnancy. Try not to stress about them too much. I'm looking at the symptoms fading for a bit as God's way of giving me a break!
Congratulations and good luck!
Edited to add: There may be times during your pregnancy when you do not feel pregnant at all! This, too, is perfectly normal.

Don't question it and just be happy. Saying that morning sickness will stop at the 12 week mark is just a generalization. Many woman stop before and after because every woman and every pregnancy is different. Just count your blessings, because mine didn't ease up until around 16 weeks.
Congrats to you and take care.

Yeah i think my morning sickness had started to fade a little by week 10, But it wasn't completely gone until the beginning of my 2nd trimester.

Yep, it happened to me and I was worried about it. Then it came back at 12 weeks, went away at 13, came back at 15, and starting to fade away again. You'll be amazed at how you think each time it is reallly gone, then it hits you again. But, yes, 10 weeks is normal.

At 10 weeks my sickness started to fade away too, and by 13 weeks it was totally gone. It's only if there is a suddon loss of syptoms that you need to be concerned about.

mine began slowly fading away really early, then they came back differently. It went away again about 9 wks and I had blood test at 10 wks. My hormone levels had dropped, not heaps but enough to make the doctor worry. I had an emergency ultrasound and it was fine...
If your worried, talk to your doctor.
