Are you referring to the spherical UFO seen by 2 witnesses for 10 seconds in Skelton,Cleveland, England on February 3, 2007?

I would be more interested when the UFO lands and the aliens step out to communicate with the Earthlings.
I think most UFO sightings can be explained as weather phenomenon or experimental military aircraft.

There's a possible UFO sighting over the building in Cleveland????? OMG!!! AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dude aliens totally exist, but i don't know if it is a UFO. I mean I think I saw a UFO once because it seriously looked like a steel ship!!! Seriously!!!!!!

I've seen a UFO myself, in Stratford, CT., so I think this sighting is entirely possible.
