I think it can help one make more informed decisions, it sometimes keeps us from making bad decisions. I think it is good to worry to some extent, don't ever put complete trust in someone that is not in your shoes, make sure you get as much information as possible.

I hope you're ok, and wish you the best.

Worry does nothing to help. It only brings about negative thoughts and energy. We all do it, though. I'm an expert at it. But I try, very hard, everyday to laugh and think only positive thoughts. I hope all is well with you, and you can email me if you want. Take care.

Worry only helps if it makes you get help. The example in my case: I have cancer in my family. My mother died from breast cancer. I had some lumps other places & had the Dr. take them out. I had to insist. Worrying about something you can do nothing about serves no purpose & can even hurt you further.

It's very hard not to worry, especially when it comes to our health and the health of the ones we love.

All I know to say is to just let you know you're in my thoughts and prayers. If you need to talk, I'm here.

Take Care, Always.

Sometimes when you worry, you ask more questions about what is going on becasue your mind goes in the worst places and sometimes you have the worst thoughts.

Take Care.
