I want to use the Nuvaring (Birth Control) and i wanna know can i use that in conjunction to spermicidal lubricant to have better protection

While the Nuvaring is 99% effective you may want to consider a condom. I would check with your health care provider prior to using any type of spermicide just to make sure it won't disintegrate any part of the nuvaring.

You could, but I would HIGHLY discourage it.

Spermicide can be really irritating, and many people are allergic to it. If there was ever a place on your body where you didn't want to have an allergic reaction, it'd be the genitals!

Moreover, spermicides work by dissolving sperm, like soap dissolves grease in water. This is really irritating to the vagina, and it can make you more susceptible to infections (including HIV).

If you must use a backup method, I'd recommend using condoms plus lots of regular lube. Yes, I recommend this even for long-term couples.
