Theoretically, it may be possible to find a solution with embryonic stem cell research. I don't believe that it has been accomplished with embryos. Placental stem cells have had more success in creating cures but not for Parkinson's as far as I know.

Embryos (and certain parts of adults) contain stem cells. Stem cells are cells that have not differentiated into any specific type of cell yet. Stem cells can become any kind of cell. So science is trying to get stem cells to become neurons.
