Some walls have paper & border on them,most painted though..

Depends on the shades I guess, It might be a sad house or maybe cold feeling. Depends on how u have other things/colors in the rooms. But If it's what your feelin go for it, and don't give crap what anyone else thinks about it. It's your home, not anyone else's.

No I don't think that's weird, I love blue. Sounds great to me. I want to paint my bedroom blue really bad but I am super lazy

Not weird, just not something I would do...
I like to use creativity, so I try to make the rooms flow with each other but not use all the same color. To much of a good thing?
I also dislike wallpaper.

Sounds like the start of a very cool theme. I like the idea of it, but the painting and work is the only yucky part.

Go for it- I think it'd be really cool with some contrasting accent pieces to pop against all the blue. Like other people said, it sounds like it would be very calming. :-)

It sounds pretty cool to me, blue is my favorite color, but not all shades of blue, mostly the darker shades.

it sounds absolutly AMAZING!
i love themes like that
but if you would do that, i would suggest making it all paint. wall paper....ick...i dont like the combo
anyway
just make sure that you make the shades dramaticly darker and fitting to the room.
accent walls are great ideas btw!!!

Blue is such a versatile shade. I think it could turn out to be beautiful.
