Every day is different. I'm a lot happier than I was. Good music, good comedy & good friends. Also my pets, the beach, chocolate, normal everyday stuff.

I've never really thought about my happiness in terms of percentages but i guess if i had to take a stab at it...i'm probably on average 75% happy each day. I'm not a depressed person but certain elements within my life definitely need improvement to make me almost 100% happy. Things that make me happy are knowing that i am healthy and not sick, knowing that my grades in college are good, having friends that i can call no matter what, being financially comfortable and having a guy in my life that adores me and wants to be with me.

I'm probably about 80% happy every day. What makes me happy is when I feel loved. That's it, just feeling loved.I haven't made it to the state where I just AM happy. Where that is my state of being. Sadly it usually still takes something to trigger that happiness to begin with, either someone showing me love, or myself changing my own thoughts (which is hard sometimes depending on the situation). I hate the fact that I still take it a little personally when someone says something hurtful to me, and I tend to dwell on it and let it affect my happiness, until I find the strength to change my thoughts.I want to be able to change my thoughts the instant that negative feeling starts to rise. I'm still working toward that goal.

With the term day I also wish to integrate the term night; yes, how grand it would be to be able multiply them and say 100%. It is not wise to divide the day from the night, they are one of the same.
But true enlightenment is something other... 100/100 = 1 this of which I feel can only achieved in acceptance of self and all of which that is experienced in the current moment. I'm not that far yet but am well on my way to getting there.

about 75% of the day i'm happy, the only time i am not is when i have to do real work at my job
and the thing that makes me happy is knowing im getting married in 4 months to the most wonderful girl ever created

My percentage of happiness per day keeps increasing....
As i feel happy at all things going on with me n around me...
As you start enjoying the smallest of the things you look at, your life would reach 100% of happiness real soon.......

About 40 percent happy every day. My children and my man make me happy. Seeing them happy makes me happy!

Everyday I feel different, but generally I am about 80% happy, unless something happens that really upsets me.
My boyfriend, my family, and my pets make me happy.

me! about 80%, or if it is a special day like some event at school about 90% usually my best friends and guyfriends make me happy.... @ home 5%happy or if someone visits then 10%...

I almost died about 5 times...including getting car jacked and robbed!
