The televised anime ended just before the end of the Genei Ryodan story arc. Three subsequent OVAs have carried the story through the end of the Genei Ryodan story arc (8 episodes), and through the Greed Island story arc (8 episodes, released from February through April 2003, and 14 episodes, released from March through August 2004).
the first and second end at chapter 119 or around there, 119 being the last in the Genai Ryodan story arc
and the end of the greed island is chapter 185
that is what covers all the episodes at so far

Okay... why are you asking about OAV's? They're in relation to the anime, not the manga. Those two words are not interchangable.
As much as I loathe to head to the singularity of all things anime, Wikipedia says the manga hasn't ended, and there are 62 episodes of the anime, although there can be as many as 92 with the OAVs.
The Manga has reached 23 Tankubon (What most americans call "Manga") wich, I believe means there are at least 138 chapters.
