Luckily I landed on my right bum cheek (I have some extra padding there) but I did jar my belly quite a bit and now I am experiencing some mild cramping (or maybe it's all in my head) HELP!!

When I was pregnant I fell in Wal-mart twice, once on my butt and once on my knees. I went to the hospital after the fall onto my butt, because I swore I felt something wrong. Of course nothing was wrong, but because of the fall I could've sworn there was. Honestly, if you think it will make you feel better, go see your DR, sometimes having the DR tell you everything is okay will calm your nerves. Otherwise, take it from a mom who fell a few times while she was pregnant, everything is A OK :)

Ouch!!! I am 32 weeks as well so I can imagine the jar u took and no doubt how sore u will be.
I was told that unless I began bleeding and had painful cramping not to worry. I too took a fall but it was a couple weeks ago.
I would lay down and rest and make sure baby is moving good. Drink some Mt. Dew if it isnt moving much, that should roust him/her around.
The advantage u have is that if u do end up going into pre labor, the baby will be fine. A little early but will survive none the less. So, dont worry too much about it.
Good luck to u, and best wishes for a healthy happy baby!

I did the exact same thing about three weeks ago at 20 weeks pregnant! Although, i fell and landed hard on my back/ribs, not my Bum! I immediately called my O.B.'s office, and they said to go in the ER for observation. So, i did, and they hooked me up to a fetal monitor to check the baby's heartbeat, checked me over thouroughly, and gave me the all-clear! Basically, they said for any pain i was having, i could take extra-strength Tylenol, and use ice packs on my back...to alternate between that and heat. So, i would maybe call to have your Doctor check the baby's heartbeat, express your concerns about the cramping, and ice up your Bum! The cramping probably is all in your head, but better safe than sorry. They said as long as i did'nt fall on my stomach, there is very little chance that something happened to the baby...they have alot of cushioning to protect them in there! Good luck to ya! :)

If you are that concerend I would deffinalty call your doctor or hospital and talk to a nurse. I have been in a similar situation and I called and talked to a nurse and she asked me if I had any bleeding. So if you see bleeding then that is a sign to go to the hospital right away.

Going to the hospital just to get checked out to easy your mind isnt a bad idea. Better to be safe then sorry.

It sounds like you'll be fine. Your baby is surrounded by an amazing cushion! I'd notify your dr just in case, and just make sure you are feeling the baby move. If you don't feel your baby move 5 times in an hour, I'd call your dr right away.
Good luck

I'd call your doctor and just inform him/her about this, or you could even call a nurse-line at your local hospital and ask them what they think...but I wouldn't panic. If you start getting really crampy or bleeding, or leaking...then, I think I'd consider going to urgent care or the hospital right away. Really though...if you had done any real damage...you would likely have obvious signs that something wasn't right.

Probably not. Your baby is SO protected in the womb, I'm sure he is just fine. Maybe call the doc to make sure, but chances are baby is perfectly fine!

yes call your OBGYN. Have the DR paged if they arent in the office. Better to ask the doctor than to risk any problem.
