I found some old Franc in my room which is Beligum money and I was wondering if it is possiable for me to exchange the money for todays USD and get the vaule of it before they stop using euros? If not is it possiable for me to be able to still exchange it for less or some way?

When you say 'old', you don't say how old. I believe that Travelex still buys in some Euro legacy currencies, but in the case of Belgium, it would have to be the banknote issue that was current immediately before the Euro changeover. All earlier Belgian banknotes are no longer redeemable.
