To be fair I have to admit that I've only seen one episode of Grey's Anatomy, but that was enough.
House wins, hands down. The writing is far superior. The characters are much more interesting. The show is actually about medicine. While House is a little soap-opera-ish, it can't hold a candle to Grey's Anatomy in that department.
Grey's Anatomy is E.R. without all the medicine.

That's really a tough call. I love House because of the mysterious cases and Dr. House is just a riot. Grey's I love because I feel it is the total package for a show. It's got drama, action and love. I guess by comparison I would have to vote for Grey's but I absolutely love both shows! :)

Grey's Anatomy definitely wins! I like both but if they were up against each other on the same time slot, Grey's would have much higher ratings.
