I think it's 14k-meaning 14 karat and dz is the maker's trademark, but I could be wrong.

From About.com
The karat marking on your gold jewelry should be accompanied by a hallmark or trademark that identifies its maker. The item's country of origin might also be included

I don't know. If I were you I would go to your local jeweler and ask him if your jewelry is 14K. He will tell you.

It could just be the designer/manufacturer. There are thousands and thousands of those, unless you are lucky to come across someone who knows it, there is no way to find out.

Dang - I have no idea - everything I found was people asking the same question - lol. Call or stop by a jeweler - they should know. Now you have me wondering...lol
