A few months back whilst out on my dinner break i got a really bad pain in my right foot, well my toes really which caused me not to walk properly or put my foot down firmly on the ground. When i got back to work and looked at my foot i couldn't see anything wrong with it but knew it was really painful my two toes next to my big toe. I had not knocked it that day or previously, Basically this kept happening it would be fine for days then all of a sudden i couldn't put any pressure on my foot especially my toes. This happened around 10 -25 times. On sunday it happened again and i was in agony. Whilst drying myself last night my two toes the ones i have lots pf pain with are both bruised really bad. Im going to the docs tomorow as im really worried as surley to god if i had banged it that many weeks/ moths ago it would of bruised then but i have not banged it and i think the pain i get is really weird and now it has bruised. Any ideas on what you think it may be?

I was going to say cramp I get it all the time but now you say bruised as well i'm not so sure, I shouldn't think it's anything major, sometimes we knock ourselves without realising, good luck with the doctors

Sounds to me like some sort of blood clot, possibly in the leg or groin area. This could cause both the pain and the bruising without having knocked your toes in any way.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you.

It could be anything and YA! isn't the correct place for a diagnosis. See your doctor and good luck, it's probably nothing.

Sounds like it might be a muscle spazm.

it could be a problem called fascitis, which goes away with rest and painkillers, but go discuss with your GP as it could be so many difernt reasons, really.
