I live in a shared apartment with 2 other roommates, & all 3 of us suffer mental illnesses because this is housing for the mentally disabled. My landlord KNOWS I'm under a lot of pressure, stress, & depression, & she's trying everything in her power to get me arrested or mentally hospitalized for petty things. Now, we don't even get along, ever since my psycho roommate charged @ me with 2 knives & my landlord felt I deserved it, & now my landlord wants to have me evicted & thrown out on the streets COLD TURKEY.

It all started because my roommate started bullying me for reporting her about stealing my things. This is just as bad as when I was living in the homeless shelter. My landlord used to think I was PERFECT, although no one is.

My landlord wants me DEAD.

Should I take this ***** to court & sue her?

Call your mental health provider TODAY, you must have one if you qualified for housing for the mentally disabled. He/She will help you work through this. It sounds like you are not in a safe place if your room mate came at you with 2 knives and you feel that your landlord wants you dead. Your doctor can hook you up with people who will help you find a new place to live.

"My landlord wants me DEAD."

Wow, I think you need to look at the bigger picture. At first she liked you, now she can't stand you?
I hate to say it, but maybe you should take a look at yourself. Ask her how you can fix the relationship instead of trying to see if you can sue her just because your feelings are hurt.
What reasons do you have to sue her? Nothing you have stated, on past questions that I have read, show any reason for you to sue her.
Have you thought of taking some Anger Management Classes?

I think that you should find somewhere else to live. No one deserves to live under these conditions.
