Do they have a powder on it? Because an MK consultant told me once that the blotting sheets with powder on it aren't good...True or not? And do the Clean and Clear ones have powder on them?

Thanks.

clean and clear oil blotting sheets do not have powder on them. no blotting sheets do.
they work fantastically and TAKE OFF excess oil and shine, not add more on.
I use them and love them. my skin is always soft and matte and not all shiny and greasy and yucky.
go buy them!

The Clean & Clear ones don't have powder, they're great! Just don't get the scented ones...who needs a scented blotting sheet anyway??

The ones with powder are OK, they're not terrible but Clean & Clear's are by far the best. The ones sold in Asia are thin paper (basically like a toilet seat cover, which you can use in a pinch!) and it will take 3 or 4 of these to do the job that one of the Clean & Clear sheets will do...I bought some in Japan and they're crap.

I dont think the Clean/Clear ones contain any powder. However I find that they are quite expensive and also dont' absorb as much oil per sheet. I suggest going to a Japanese/Asian cosmetics shop and get their kind of oil blotting sheets. They are about the same price but for a lot more sheets and are also thicker. One is enough for the whole face. Usually $4 CAD for 200 sheets.

I'm not sure if they have powder on them or not, but I've used the blotting sheets from The Body Shop and they have worked great. They probably think powder isn't as good because some people might be sensitive or allergic to it, but otherwise it works just as well.

A friend of mine uses a brush and some plain old cornstarch and dusts her nose with it. It's cheap and works great for her, and no allergy worries.

I'm not sure if it makes a difference, but I prefer blotting sheets without the powder. For cheap blotting sheets without powder go to www.elfcosmetics.com ONLY $1 per pack and they are the BEST!!!

Nope-the Clean and Clear ones do not have powder on them. They're like thin plastic sheets. They are awesome at absorbing all that extra oil we all accumulate as the day rolls on.

The ones with powder on them are annoying because they leave behind a whitish residue which can interfere with your foundation/concealer, but the Clean and Clear ones do not have that and they work great.

I have really oily skin, and have used them for like 4 months!
(They're really handy after gym...:) But I'm not sure about the powder thing, 'cause only some of them have that.
Clean & Clear doesn't! But I'm just curious. Why would it be bad for your skin?

i love those things. I use em all the time. Theres nooo powder on them. You dab them on oily areas of your skin (dont rub or else it will take off make up too) and it gets away the oil and greasy feel and look... They're great, I carry em with me daily.

No, they don't.
they work REALLY good too.
i don't like the powder ones either,
because the powder mixed with the oil will get pasty. ew.
