OMG no I wouldn't wear them then. You're so unlucky your weather doesn't sound that great. It's going to be 75 degrees here tomorrow in Georgia.

Yes I would but I wear a jacket. I'm the type that wears shorts in the fall with a sweatshirt but it's hot here where I live and the weather changes quick...It's kinda always muggy here

no way!!! thats cold, at least for where i live!! i dont really wear capris but i would wear that length of skirt if it was going to be high 60's or warmer.
