Well, I recommend seeing a chiropractor, they can tell you without x-rays if you are in desperate need of any serious treatment, otherwise they can fix any small cricks and the pain should be gone.
Also, take a small amount of Advil in the morning, not just right before you work out.

That's a sign of what chiropractors call subluxation. Cracking it yourself may give you temporary relief, but it's better to go to a chiropractor who really knows how to do it right. I'd strongly recommend that you find a good one who can give you better relief.

thats what happens to me. it aches and feel really weird
and you have to do it or else it feels
same thing with my neck
my doctor said i need more milk because i am starting to grow, and my bones are pulling to come out, but it cant. ~

for sum reason that applies to my neck...if i don't crack it....i can't move it properly i guess...we are so used to cracking the body appeals this as a neccessity for it
