You make me laugh, Ms Pollard. yes, if I were unlucky enough to be walking through that valley, I might check my Ordnance Survey map and run away!
But then, to be honest, if the valley was labelled 'Valley Of The Shadow Of Death' on my OS map, then I probably would have avoided it in the first place, anyway.

I wasn't given the choice to stay in the valley or a map or compass. Someone set me down and said walk out so I do! I could be at the end tomorrow or it could take another 45 years or so but I'll eventually know what's beyond! might as well enjoy being in the valley!

I avoid that whole area - that part of town has bad traffic and there is a weird smell. Also ghosts haunt those parts I am told.
