i am prego. but on of my friends was asking me what would happen if i feel down...guess she has noticed my clumsiness latley...but anyways i am 38 weeks and was just woundring what would they do at the hospitle and who it be something to be concerned about??

they would check your vitals and check you baby's vitals to make sure you both were ok.
best case senerio you would be sent home and maybe on moderate bedrest. worse case would probably be a C-section to save the baby.
As long as you are careful and not feeling dizzy you should be fine. if you are havind dizzy spells you should consult with your OB to make sure you are ok and your blood pressure is not out of wack.
tell you friend to keep the negative thoughts to a minimum. us pregnant moms have enough stuff to worry about as it is with trying to manuver with a watermellon in our tummys (she must not have kids)

When I was 7 months pregnant, I slipped and fell in Wal-Mart (TWICE) and I gave birth to a healthy 9+ pound baby with no complications and my son was fine. If you trip and fall straight on your stomach, then be concerned and of course contact your DR, but if you just trip and don't put hardly any pressure on your stomach, then you have nothing to worry about.

My best suggestion is be extra careful because it could cause you to have a miscarage so just be very careful because it is harmful to your baby and you...
