You know I used to drink herbal tea, such as sleepytime and chamomile all the time while I was pregnant and now I have a perfectly healthy 2mos old. Its caffeine free. So it is recommended by a lot of midwives to help mommy's sleep.

I dont hear anything in there that sounds harmfull but u know how some things are so bad for u. I would try to wait until u asked the doctor. U can call and they can tell u.
Try a glass of milk. warmed if u can tolerate it. I personally cant, but anyway, milk contains the same sleepy enzyme as turkey. It works very well for me.
Orgasm before bed works well too. If thats an option.
Tylenol PM is also highly recommmended by docs to pregnant women. Its about the only thing they will give consent to take.
Good luck to u.

sweetie the only herbs(in teas. There is more herbs that can not be taken but these are the ones most common in the teas) that i am aware of that you should avoid while pregnant are the strong bitter ones such as feverfew, tansy, goldenseal, blood root, broom, mandrake and barberry. the oils to avoid is peruvian bark, poke, cotton root, male fern and some say to avoid the laxative herbs like senna snd cascara, hope this helps and best wishes

I'm not 100% sure its ok.. but i've had a few glasses. I LOVE it! What also helps me sometimes is a warm, not too hot, bath. And on days that are really hard to sleep I take one (not two) Tylenol PM. That really helps and my dr said tylenol is completely safe... so hope this helps and good luck. It doesn't get any easier the further along you get! I'm 38 weeks and it's almost IMPOSSIBLE to sleep! Good luck!

yes you can, it is all natural and way better than caffeine. I was very very cautious when I was pregnant and my son was perfect. Now we are working on the second. So thats great you are so careful! many women don't even try! Congrats on the baby!

i am drinking some right now. I drank it before my pregnancy because it was soo soothing and helps me sleep. it also helps me with my hypermesis (sever morning sickness). I checked with my OB and she said it was fine to continue to drink. I also add a little honey instead of sugar for the antioxidants ;)

Congrats on your pregnancy!
