Address all letters to the Practise Manager. Keep all copies of letters sent and received. Send all letters by recorded delivery or deliver them by hand. Be precise with your complaint and list everything, dates, times etc. Don't be put off if you get an unfavourable reply. You could always request a meeting if you feel that would be more beneficial for you. Good luck.

There is usually a complaints procedure at the practice if this doesn't work you should complain to The Healthcare Commission.Look on NHS in England site.

start with your local health authority.but dont stop there if your unsatisfied. they will give you the literature that tells you what to do next!

dont approach tha surgery first, no body is good at policing its self and there's a world of difference between a mis-communication and misconduct!

there must be an ombudsman you can write to. You should approach the surgery in the first instance, as alot of complaints are down to mis communication, not mis -conduct
