Well, if you just want to record the audio, then get a stereo 1/8'' male to male cable from e.g. radio shack and patch it from the headphone jack to the line in or mic jack on the laptop.

If you want to record MIDI, that's another matter. Most laptops don't have MIDI ports like most sound cards do (or did). Maybe you can use a MIDI-to-USB adapter: http://froogle.google.com/froogle?q=MIDI+to+USB&hl=en&um=1&checkout=1&sa=X&oi=froogle&ct=checkout-restrict

I would actually use the LINE OUT not, NOT the headphone out. The headphone out is an amplified signal which can add distortion and possibly (though unlikely) damage the laptop input. An easy trick might be a device like the Tascam US-122 or similar product with built-in MIDI and Audio inputs, which can be plugged directly into your computer via USB. If you just want the audio out, get a simple cable to go from lineout of the Korg to the line in of laptop. I'm not sure if your model is the one that has USB, but if it does, I'm pretty sure that would only be for MIDI, not audio.
