Every second of every single day...
It is a huge part of having OCD. I have to delibrately keep myself in check all the time or it can get away with me.
Usually I just breath through and relax.
Usually when you THINK something bad is going to happen with enough intensity... The universe follows suit and gives you exactly what you expect out of it: So to the second part... Yes!

This is weird. I was just talking about my mother. I felt a pain in my breast & then found out she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She died from it.
