The problem with answering this question is that it must be done logically without offending the gals or shortchanging the guys. I'll do my best as it's a fun question.

The main physical limitation women have is not a lack of brute strength, though everyone knows by now that men are usually stronger than women. In most instances simply having a good grasp of the concept of leverage can overcome the need for raw strength.

No, the main difference is lung capacity, and by extention their ability to oxygenate their muscle cells. On a battlefield, for instance, when a man has to carry his fallen buddy two miles to the LZ it's not a matter of brute strength, but endurance. Women cannot oxygenate their skeletal muscles as well as men because the testosterone we are full of makes our lungs a little larger and a little more efficient. Women simply run out of breath. I have never heard that women are better at long distance running.

Women are generally more agile but trained male athletes still outperform their female counterparts.

But don't despair ladies, due to your ability to have babies your skeletons are far more flexible than are mens, meaning, among other things, that you can avoid blacking out easier than men do when experiencing things like increased G-force. There aren't many opportuites for female pilots at the moment though, so this hasn't been thoroughly tested (to my knowlege anyway- someone may correct me) yet but it certianly raises interesting possibilities.

Women are generally more manually dextrous.

It's well known now that women in general are better linguists, and tend to be better multi-taskers. Some attribute this to men's goal-oriented thinking and women's more open ended thinking.

As far as managerial or leadership duties I have yet to see any convincing evidence that shows women are any less capable then men to lead.

Many times women are automatically given the "less logical-more emotional" label, but this has yet to be proven to be inherant to the gender. In other words, many believe this is more socialitial than anything. Meaning they could be trained to be as logical as men, but that it just isn't happening at the moment.

Beyond this it's a crap shoot really.

Unless it requires brute strength or the use of a p3nis...a woman can do it as well as a man. I mean realistically, there are some things one can do that the other can't...but where there is a deficit, something takes it's place.

For example; generally speaking, men can run faster in short sprints, but women can run longer in endurance races.

Corestar...women are better at endurance races because we have more fat storage than men, therefore we store more energy and can use it over time. I didn't make it up.

I believe there are things both men and women do better than the other gender and that's just the way it is; no one can dispute that.

I think that women are capable in doing alot of things that men used to only do. But I don't believe women can do anything a man can do. There are alot of jobs that require alot of mental stability as well as brutal strength. I'm not saying women are less then men, but there are jobs out there that women were not ment to do. As well as there are jobs men are not ment to do. So it goes both ways.
