OKAY I BOUGHT A USED I POD AND CANT SEEM TO PUT MUSIC ON IT I ERASED EVERYTHING ON IT BUT I CANT DOWN LOAD MUSIC ON IT. WHAT CAN I DO? I INSTALLED ITUNES BUT IT STILL DID NOTHING. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DO IT FOR 1 WEEK NOW!! THANKS

If you didn't start using ipod yet then don't. There is a shareware called anapod that is more userfriendly than ipod. After starting it recognizes your ipod as an external hard drive and you can drag and drop

connnect your ipod to your computer. open itunes and go to your library. click file and somewhere under file it says update songs on 'your name's' ipod. then your ipod's screen will say updating do not disconnect. this means the songs are going onto your ipod. if this doesnt work, call apple, i had the same problem a few years ago and they helped me. good luck!
