Does anyone who is currently IT Computer Professional who's employment status is Exempt and still eligible for overtime pay ? I have been challenged on this question.

Unfortunately the nature of being an exempt employee is not being paid by an hourly wage. That translates into no overtime pay as your hours per week, or month are defined by company policy.
