No; it says on the form: Reported by: (your username) ( your identity will not be revealed to the abuser ).
If you reported someone for the right reason, they will receive a Violation Notice, but your name won't be on it.

I've been reported 3 or 4 times and they never say who did it ......but the last time I KNOW who did it!

no that is kept confidential for varies reasons its just like when you tell the police something most of the time when interigation they won't mention any names due to bodily and mentl harm to the complainer
