What is a good mascara to use..no clumping or smearing(no water proof plz)?

Unlike traditional mascaras, you do not let it set before applying another coat. Keep adding coats until you are satisfied with the volume, length and degree of lash separation before the mascara sets. Once it sets, you can no longer build.

WEARING BLINC MASCARA
With blinc mascara, you will not have to re-apply mascara throughout the day. Whether your daily activities take you from the office, to your workout and then out to dinner, blinc mascara will look as good in the evening as it did when you first applied it in the morning.

REMOVING BLINC MASCARA:

So after trying many different types I found that Avon's beyond color lash fortifying mascara works best. It doesn't clump or cause my eyelashes to break off.

Maybelline - in the pink and green tube. I blot the brush before I apply therefore - I have no clumps.

Maybelline's Volum' Express mascara, It's really good it doesn't make clumbs and it doesn't smear and makes your lashes have alot of volume and length.

I love Maybelline Full N' Soft (not waterproof, and not with the curved brush)
it's very easy to use and not clumpy and yucky.
Oh and never go for those "Volume Increasing" mascaras. they don't do anything new.

check out Avon they have a new mascara called super full, I love that mascara it is the best.

Most definitely, Clinique high definition lashes. Has a great brush and separater. You'll love it.
