No, there is a small yoddling scene in the St. Gallen region of SWitzerland, and in Vallais. Single voices, but also yodell choirs.
It is actually quite hard to yodel and was used as a means of communication in the alps, before mobile phones were invented!

I do hope so. I'm old enough to remember to yodelling song by Frank Ifield ( i think thats how you spell it).
My mother used to sing it when doing housework and it made me cringe!

Not according to my friend Al Pine. He can yoldel twin peaks in a variety of ranges and goes on for ever without a rest. He also does a duet with his sister Kay too!
