No one here is qualified to answer your question, except perhaps screen name "coragryph" (see his profile). When you need legal "advice" it is best to ask an attorney.Otherwise all you get here are suggestions. There are some answerers (such as myself) who have attorneys in their families, or there may be some legal secretaries or paralegals here and who are familiar with the law, but they are NOT lawyers.

If you're in CA, coragryph might to it pro bono, but I wouldn't necessarily put my faith any lawyer who posts here.

you will lose your license for a certain amount of time and possbily your car insurance. You will be fined as well. If you dont lose your insurance you will get surcharged out the a** for it.
