THis is a fun question. I'll take the Magic man over stockton ( the rings and SHOWTIME). I am one of the biggest Robinson fans there is but if I was to make another dream team and it was between Ewing, Robinson and Olajawon, it would be the number one blocker in the history of recording blocks; Hakeem. Barkey and Malone is a very ahrd question. Both didn't win championships, both big boys that played their hearts out. Barkey is my boy, so i'd have to pick Barkley ( not to discredit Malone at all). Lebron right now has shown that he is so much better than Carmelo. The reason is that Lebron scores, rebounds, and assists. Carmelo is jsut begining to expand his game. Both players definatly need to learn how to play defense though. Shaq is not the most dominate player ever, anyone who says that has never seen Russell or Jordan play. So just because of that, I would take Wilt. You gotta take bird. Bird was a three time MVP ( consecuative) and was the man for the Celtics. Pippen was a good player but he was not the star. Pippen is considered as good as he is because he had Jordan with him. Jordan would have made anyone look much better than they are( beside Darko Milicic). Kidd is the triple double man. I'd take him over Nash anyday. The thing everyoen needs to remember is " Who was Nash four years ago". He was just a good point guard. Kidd has been one of the best PG's for 10 years. Ewing over Zo, more years of dominance. Once again I would have to put Bird over anyone but Magic, Jordan, and Russell.

Magic Johnson easily- could score, rebound, run, and pass wheras Stockton could only really run the perfect pick and roll.

Olajawon over Robinson and Ewing. Robinson never liked playing center, and played soft. Olajawon was better in the clutch than Ewing.

Malone over Barkley. Malone was a better rebounder and more consistent.

Lebron James can do it all- hit the three, drive, pass, rebound, and lead a team to wins. Anthony is not quite in James's league in any of those atributes.

Chamberlain could dominate any game at will and did so for more than a decade. O'Neal hides a lot of nights and does not have Wilt's longevity.

Bird is a much better shooter and passer than Pippen

I'd rather have Kidd because he can shoot and rebound, although Nash has a better winning instinct and is perfect in the Phoenix offense

Ewing could carry a team whereas Mourning is more of a supporting player than when push came to shove could never really lead a team

Kareem without a doubt. You could shut Bird down with a faster player. No one shut down Kareem

I'm not a die-hard NBA fan by any means... but this question intrigues me for some reason.

Magic is one of my favorite players ever. Stockton is slightly higher in my book -- Stockton.
Ewing is ehhh, Olajawon is more ehh, Robinson is slightly better -- Robinson.
Barkley is not the image I'd want. Malone is a must, since I have Stockton.
Lebron or Carmelo - As I said earlier, I'm not a die-hard fan. I'm barely a fan at all. I don't think I've ever seen either one of these two play. But based on what I've heard -- Lebron.
Shaq or Wilt -- Come on. Wilt any day.
Bird or Pippen -- Now this one is interesting. Gotta go with Bird. Man he could shoot. I loved watching him back in the day. But it might be smarter to take Pippen, as he knows how to play second fiddle to a superior talent (Jordan)... so he might be the better role-player. I'm still going with Bird though.
Nash or Kidd - Nash. This isn't even a choice. But he's relegated to the bench, since I have Stockton. :)
Zo or Ewing - I need defense, so I'm going with Zo. Plus, he used to play for Charlotte. Not that I ever watched him play....
Kareem or Bird - I've already got Bird, but even if I didn't, Kareem wins out.

Jordan vs. any 5 I picked above - Jordan. The man just wins.

Magic, hes more of a complete player.
David Robinson, Hes a great player who can lead a team, and hes got a lot of class.
Malone, hes has more scoring ability than barkley, and more size for a power foward.
Lebron, he just a better player overall than melo. He can score, pass, and grab rebounds, hes a triple threat.
Wilt Chamberlin, hes arguably the best player who ever lived to play basketball, Shaq hasnt even come close to some of Wilts accomplishments.
Bird, he is one of the most clutch players of all time, and he knows how to lead a team to a championship.
Right now I would take Nash because of what he has done in the last 3-4 years, but if we were to say nash before he came to the suns I would say Kidd, because when he was in his prime he was just unstopable. A triple double almost every night.
Ewing, hes just a better player than alonzo, ewing could score get the boards and play defense. On the otherhand, Alonzo is a great rebounder and probably the best shot blocker of all time. I think ewing brings more to the table with his scoring.
Its kinda hard to compare bird and kareem because they are two complete different positions.They are both champions and one of the best ever. I think I would say Kareem, because he was a more dominate player, but I think Bird was a more complete player.
