Google 'band name generator'. There are quite a few of them out there, that will randomly generate names. Some of them, you can specify that a certain word be included.

it depends alot on what kind of band if its metal id say 440 sacrifices, but 440 is a tough thing to fit into a good band name, try just making it a album name

No particular reason ... it was just the first thing that came to my mind, when I read your question. It rocks for a band name, dontcha think? FYI... there is a Canadian rock band in existence named 54-40 (pronounced fifty-four-fourty), so your group should be careful to not directly copy this name.
