find some fun websites...
i have listed some below....

you could try cgp books, and rising star books. They work well with my children and they can be used throughout primary up to GCSE in the relevant subjects.

Really don't worry about the SATs, it is only a method of the government finding out which school is 'the best'. Most secondary schools sit the children through CAT tests after a few weeks in year 7 so the more pressure you can take off him having to do well the better he will do.

I think you have partly answered your own question - make any revision fun egs practical activities and games for his maths. Be positive about his efforts and try not to pass any anxieties you may have about his work on to him.
Perhaps check up with his class teacher what revision is currently being done in school and use that as a basis for your own planning. It might, also, be worth checking if the school has any 'booster groups' operating to help children who are a little behind in any area and see if your son is/can be included.

Tell the government that all these test are too much for children.

I have had four children, my oldest just missed the stats, but my other 3 had to take them, although my oldest have to do it at her secondary school.

I found my daughter had the most relaxing and interesting time at school, the learning was freer, more interesting projects were done, loads of creative writing, she enjoyed her year six at school.

My other three children found school quite boring, everything was aim at getting good grades for the school, no creative writing, no interesting projects, they got bored repeating the same things day in day out.

I am definitely against stats, and dread what you are going through,

Good luck in your quest, buy the books available, some of these are fairly good.

SATS papers are usually easier than the text book gives away. For key stage 2 maths stuff, click here http://www.elevenplusexams.co.uk/ks2-books/list.php?ex=172&b=list.php%3Fg%3Df%26amp%3Bc%3D4%26amp%3Bp%3D0%23b172
