No. There won't be a Okami 2 because the company that produced Okami went out of bussiness, Clover. So, there unforunatly won't be any more okami games or games from clover.

Clover was technically shut down... But the people from Clover are all working at Capcom now. Capcom published Okami and could potentially make a sequel, especially since they have all the people from Clover. There's also the fact that the Wii is absolutely perfect for the game. Okami was a great game... Probably the best one on the PS2. So, while nothing is announced, and there is most likely nothing planned... It's entirely possible.
Maybe if we pray to Ammy... Since she's a god and all...

I doubt it. Clover Studios (the makers of this game) was closed down.
