It's for a project. I've thought of a few but none of them are catchy in rhyming. I'm just asking and it's not like you're doing my homework since I'm going to be designing the shirt and everything else. Please help?

smoking stinks (with someone holding their nose)
A guy in a wheelchair "drinking & driving did this to me"
on the back "here's what it did do a girl going to the prom" & show a tombstone.

I once saw a great commercial about a guy named Richard who got wasted at a bar a took a cab home. And the punch line was "Be a Dick, take a cab". Don't know if it will help, but good luck.

I saw billboard outside St. Louis one time. It had these words next to a tombstone. Drink and Drive and Get Stoned.
