Using VISTA, I'm only able to open one more window.?

When I try to open a second one, nothing happens... Thanks for any help!

You think THAT is bad, try calling Microsoft for help with Vista..nothing happens there either. Get smart and get open source such as Kubuntu at www.kubuntu.org for free.
